The Bucket List was a movie directed by Rob Reiner starring two of the award winning actors, Morgan Freeman (Carter Chambers) and Jack Nicholson (Edward Cole). It is a story of a two severely ill cancer patients on their trip to do the wish list before they die.

Bucket List: Is a list of things you want to do before you kick the Bucket or in other words, before you die.

I personally loved the movie. It was so touching and heart-warming. At first I know it was a drama and expected it to be that way till the end but the movie was full of surprises, lots of adventures and comedies. It was a trip around the world before dying. The scenes that they have traveled through like the Taj Mahal in India, Great Wall of China, the pyramids of Egypt and lots of beautiful places around the world were very impressive. I really enjoyed watching the movie and honestly speaking I cried at the end of the movie.

Lessons that I’ve learned from the movie were, find the joy in your life. For me that’s one of our purposes here in earth. And another thing is that how they changed each other’s life. Edward Cole said in his speech for Carter that the last 3 months of Carter were the best months of his life and Carter said in his letter to Edward that he owed Edward a lot of things especially when his wife said that he left a stranger and come back a husband. It’s really fascinating how this two totally strangers touched and changed each other’s life.

I really recommend that you watch the movie and hoping that you will like it to. The theme song is SAY by John Mayer. I guess i’ll be posting my comments on that also because in one way or another, it reflects me.
